The third generation 2008-10
The applications for the last, e.g. second term enroll to IB DP ( International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme ) in Gimnazija Banja Luka had been given on Monday and Tuersday, 18th and 19th August. Even later we had a few students printed out and a few new printed in. Finally we have 15 students enrolled.

The second generation 2007-09
Enroll of the second generation of students for International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Gimnazija Banja Luka had been in June and August 2007. The dead line for the students' enroll was August 28th and 29th. Interview with the new students were on August 30, 2007. It had been enrolled 13 students: Nikola Babic, Jovana Bjelakovic, Marinko Đukic, Neven Domazet, Lela Draganic, Sonja Jaric, Maja Jovicic, Hana Krkoška, Gvozden Micic, Stefan Petkovic, Hana Mladenovic, Milija Šimleša, Tatjana Tica.
Each of the enrolled students had chosen 6 subjects from 12 offered:
- Native language;
- English , Italian, German;
- History, Philosophy, Psychology;
- Biology, Chemistry, Physics;
- Mathematics , Computer science.
Again, Native language, English and Mathematic are three compulsory subjects. The student chose three subjects more from groups 2-5, so it is chosen at least one subject from each of the five groups 1-5. We didn't offer Arts, the subjects from the sixth DP group. During the two years in IB DP students are going to listen subject Theory of Knowledge (ToK) and shall have CAS, that is Creativity, Action, Service.
IB DP Coordinator from September 2007 has been Dragana Galić, math teacher.
The first generation 2006-08
In September 2006 had started the first generation IB DP in Gimnazija Banja Luka with 10 students: Sonja Jankovic, Sara Jevtovic, Branislav Jovanovic, Milana Marinkovic, Dragana Petricevic, Tijana Petrovic, Nenad Simic, Vanja Tadic, Andrea Vudrag, Srdan Vujasin. All of them finished the course in May 2008, but not so successfully as some of them had been expected.
Each of the students had listened six subjects during the two years IB3 and IB4, that is third and fourth class of the Gimnazija. The subjects are: Native language (all Serbian); English, Italian, German; Information technology, History, Psychology; Physics, Chemistry; Mathematics. Moreover, the students together have subject Theory of Knowledge (ToK) and have CAS.
